We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The receptionist, Ola, was particularly fantastic, making everything easy for us and even inviting us to a wedding reception. The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway and close to Kutno city and a shopping center. The area around the hotel is beautiful, with a lovely garden and a playground. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with big TVs and large beds. We also appreciated the extra amenities provided, such as disposable toothbrushes and shaving kits. the hotel offered plenty of parking spots, making it easy for us to find a spot for our car.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to shopping and entertainment. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was really comfortable. , parking was a breeze, plenty of spaces available.
The shower was a major issue for us. The hot water took too long to kick in, causing a lot of water waste.

Convenient location near the highway, close to a shopping center and an Aqua Park. Great for a business traveler with little free time on a tight schedule. the outdoor garden is charming and features a good and safe playground. the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Staff was accommodating and multilingual, making communication easy.
No elevator, so heavy luggage can be a hassle. Not all staff members speak English.
